Can I come solo and choose double occupancy?

Absolutely! If you come solo, you are still able to choose ‘double occupancy’ and we’ll pair you up with another guest. 
If you prefer your own room, please select ‘single occupancy’.

Which airport should I fly into?

Accepted Answer

You need to fly to Mariscal Sucre Quito International Airport located in the capital city.

Is ground transport to and from the airport provided?

Accepted Answer

Airport transportation is fully arranged by Tinku wellness. There will be a shuttle available to guests. Once you  arrive at Tinku, forget about your wallet!

Is travel insurance included in the ticket price?

No. However, travel insurance is mandatory for all guests. Credit Card travel Insurance

Can I arrive earlier/later than the retreat start time?

Accepted Answer

Outside the premise, the retreat starts on the same day to everybody and the transportation is arranged for that day.

Are there private bathrooms?

Accepted Answer

Yes, each room offers private bathrooms with all amenities (including shampoo, conditioner, and showers, lavender towels.

Are you able to accommodate dietary restrictions for the retreat meals?

Yes, please inform us of any dietary restrictions upon registration.

Are cell phones permitted?

Accepted Answer

Cellphones are permitted, however we recommend taking this opportunity to participate in a digital detox.

Do I need to put down a deposit?

Accepted Answer

You can choose to pay a deposit or fully for this retreat. The deposit is 30% and the rest of the payment will be due 60 days prior to the retreat start date.

Is there a payment plan option?

Accepted Answer

Yes, please contact us at info@tinkuwellness.com  for payment plans available. We do offer one scholarship per retreat.

What is the weather like in Pasochoa,Quito?

Accepted Answer

The weather is considered one of the best ones , due to our geography, and it is usually 20/8°C. Remember the Ecuador is based out of the equator, we don’t have extreme weathers, typically our weather feels like an early fall day year round

Can I cancel my retreat booking?

Accepted Answer

You can cancel up to 60 days prior to the retreat and receive a 50% refund of your total retreat cost. If you cancel within 1-59 days Eastern standard time, before the retreat, you will not be refunded for any cost of your total registration. We recommend purchasing Trip Interruption insurance for any unforeseen circumstances. (We will providing the insurance at the checkout on our site)
